Jackson - NOT GUILTY
Jackson was acquitted on all charges, this is a sad day for the US court system. First OJ, now Jackson.

Jackson was a sick man in need of help, he should have been charged with at least one of the charges or been given proffesional help. All is not right with him. Jurors were probably too scared to do otherwise

Agreed, theres no way in hell those Jurors could have all found him non-guilty. I think there was some foul play.

there was zero credible evidence against Jackson in this trial
therefore he should have been found not guilty on that basis. to convict based on the illegitimate testimony of a flaky loon, compulsive liar of a con artist and her lil con artist kids; that would be a sad day for the US court system
that said, Jackson is of course guilty of doing freaky stuff with kids. they should have got some credibile witnesses to prove it.

Meh, he could have been either guilty or innocent. The point was it was not proven. The end.

See, or legal system is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The accuser tried to blackmail Jay Leno, and was a repateded welfare cheat.
The prosecution claimed a chef saw Micheal molest Macaulay Culkin, while Culkin himself said no, he didn't.
The prosecution was sloppy, and with the points above, I wasn't convinced beyond a reasonable doubt.
Many people are quick to decree him as guilty because, yes, he is a freak, and that scares us. And people love to tear down the idols. But, he wasn't proven beyond a reasonable doubt, especially with the accusers mother having tried to blackmail Jay Leno on false charges.

Um, yeah. I admit I didn't like follow the whole trial thing, but I don't recall ever hearing any credible evidence for a crime. For those of you convinced he was guilty, what did I miss? What was the actual evidence?
Regarding O.J., yes, he was probably guilty, but the prosecution presented a case with holes large enough to drive a white Ford Bronco through...

In my own country-
More than 3 kids claim you touched them, your in jail.
You own a dog smaller than a roast beef, your kicked out.
You stab your wife, we stab you.
You cheat on your wife, we hire Rossie O'donnel to cheat WITH you. (Barf.)
You cheat on your husband, we hire Micheal More to cheat WITH you. (BARF.)
But unfortintly, this aint me country, and even though a confession to drug posesion was said, AND that several claimed to have been touched, that scumbag slipped away. You can get anything you want if you have money -.-

There was plenty of evidence against him, not saying the prosecution did a good job, because they didn't. But the pornography with the finger prints, the staff members at his estate claiming that he ordered them to lock the family in, people who saw him serve them alcohol. (Why would these people risk there jobs to lie about him?)
How many children do you know go around accusing people of sexual molestation? Once, twice, three times???? Give me a break.
The whole trial was a zoo, hundreds of people outside. Another mockery of the court system just like the Peterson trial. In that case there was a lynch mob outside, and they got there way. In this case there were die hard crazy fans outside.

Precisely. The reason he was found innocent of all charges is because there was no evidence to support the accusations that would cause them to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt people. They couldn't prove anything. It was just a bunch of "he said this, she says she saw this, he told me this" bullshit. And there was nowhere near enough proof given to make the jury think the was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The outcome was EXACTLY how it should have been, they couldn't prove him guilty, so he's innocent. Plain and simple.
Do I think Jackson's a pretty messed up guy? Yeah. Do I think he did some things he problably shouldn't have? Possibly. Do I think the accusers are blowing things out of proportion because they're a bunch of money grubbing smacktards? Yeah.
No proof. No punishment. Fair and square.

Lordieloo I do hate the biased. My local radio station keeps updating on the case with statements of him and his Jesus Juice gag, that child who testifyed that he *was* given oral, and the rest is a blur cause they talk about that stuff while I'm still half asleep.
I don't doubt at all the possibility of him doing those things, nor do I question the possibility that not having an african american member in the jury changing the overall outcome, and I have the belief that the jury was also biased as well. But then who am I to have any say that counts with the issue, it's just another messed up day following many others and following even more.

IMHO he should have been not guilty, but without the help of his fans outside, if they DID prove him guilty, the wrath from the fans would be catastrophic, as they could find the offenders and... possibly kill them *sighs*
However, if it's over, that's all I currently care about. Move along, and think of a better thing to do... PLAY GUILD WARS!
